This year we will present the Lifetime Achievement Award to Paul Marcus, our previous executive director whose commitment to anti-racism extends far beyond his work at CCI. We have been hard at work this summer working to restructure CCI programming to better align with the anti-racism work that is being done both locally as well as with the national calls for white people to activate to fight racism.
Considering the work that that has been going on this year and the sheer volume of people engaged in the fight for racial justice, we knew that as an organization and a community we need to come together to honor and celebrate our comrades in the struggle.
